Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 3/4 litre milk


  • 100 -gm. edible Gum (Gond powder)


  • 3/4 cup chopped Almonds, pistachios and raisins


  • 1/2 cup Misri sugar


  • 1/2 cup poppy seeds


  • 1/2 cup grated dry coconut


  • 1 tsp dry ginger powder


  • 1 tsp piprimul powder

Directions

  • Keep all the ingredients ready.
  • Heat a pan add milk and misri when starts boiling add edible gum powder and stir continuously milk will start curdling stir continuously till thickens add piprimul powder, dry ginger powder and keep stirring and add one by one, poppy seeds, grated dry coconut, Almonds, pistachios, raisins keep mixing all the ingredients and stirring continuously till evaporates all the moisture.
  • Cool the mixture and serve Very Healthy winter Gond Pak in a plate garnish with chopped dryfruits.
